Of late, I've been starting new projects. Not finishing them, mind you. Just starting them. I've decided that's OK. Now, to my surprise, I've both started and finished one! Behold, fingerless mittens (from this pattern: Basic Fingerless Mitts).
They don't look like anything when nobody's wearing them:

I might wear those if my hands felt stiff or sore, too.
You should crochet little skulls and sew them on the backs.
skulls! skulls! skulls! But then that's usually my vote.
I like the skull idea too. I could always make another pair and do the hand part in stockinette (flat stitches) so I can do the skulls in fair isle (knitting with 2 colors). I'd keep the wrists ribbed though.
I guess I'll have to get some more bamboo yarn to try it. Darn.
